The current Next Step service has evolved into the National Careers Service with enhanced online access, interactive facilities and a greater focus on the advice offered. The new service will continue to support adults and young people across England with the information and guidance they need to make informed decisions on careers, skills and training.

The National Careers Service will provide people with independent and high quality careers and skills advice. The National Careers Service will help people find out more information about different careers, developing their skills or accessing training.
