Donna's aim is to provide a safe, loving and homely environment to enable all children to thrive and develop through play. Donna is a level 3 qualified registered childminder with over 20years experience of caring for children with different needs and abilities. She is upto date with the latest training requirements, including paediatric first aid,safeguarding children, positive behaviour and inclusive practice. On her last 2 inspections she achieved outstanding, the latest one in March 2016. Donna sometimes works with her husband as her assistant as and when needed.

    • I work in partnership with parents, discussing child's progress and any concerns we may both have at regular meetings, using the learning journeys , observations and assessments to explain my concerns and work with parents to involve other agencies, health visitor, doctor etc.
