Provider Additional Information: | The Oldham Integrated Care Centre (ICC) , which is the one of the biggest developments of its kind in England, opened to the public earlier this month. The ICC is one of a network of developments across Oldham to ensure local people have access to the high quality health and well-being services they deserve. The centre is located in Oldham town centre next to the bus station.

Planned primary care services n Five GP practices n Community dental services n Diagnostics/Integrated clinical assessment and treatment services (ICATS) and other services traditionally provided at a hospital. Immediate care services n Emergency dental services n Urgent Care Centre: incorporating the Walk in Centre, which has moved from John Street, in the town centre. This is now open 24 hours a day and will continue to deal with minor ailments and offer advice on non-urgent conditions without an appointment. It also incorporates Go To Doc (out of hours GP), which has moved from Yates Street, Oldham. Community health services n Audiology (hearing), child health clinics, children’s community health services, contraception and sexual health service, community nursing, mental health, musculoskeletal, paediatric occupational therapy, orthoptics (eye tests), podiatry, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy services.
Self-care and advice guide to services n Citizens’ Advice Bureau n Health information and advice services to support people to stay fit and well n Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). There is a Lloyds Pharmacy and a Costa Coffee in the ICC. A welcome desk at the main entrance provides information on the location of services throughout the building.
